Hotel and Event week
This week was all about running a hotel and its events by students only.
As an employee, I was scheduled as a waitress, most of the time. I also helped organising some events and I have also experienced what it is like to be a housekeeper.

Food and Beverage finals
My partner and I became third in the Food and Beverage finals (picture on the right). We had to come up with a food and beverage concept and had to develop this into a realistic idea. From financials to a visual design and a menu, we had to present our concept, a soup bar, in front of a jury existing of food and beverage professionals.

Event week
During this week we were divided into large groups and had to come up with an event for the "Gouden Giraffe". The Gouden Giraffe gives awards to companies with the best events.
